Change of mind

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return for items in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are exchanged for store credit — we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Customers are responsible for return postage unless other arrangements have been made with the STAPLE Co team. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Original shipping fees, customs charges and import duties are not refundable.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at vanessa@stapleco.com.au straight away. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to choose between a refund, repair, or replacement for these items — we’ll cover return postage in these cases and resolve it as quickly as possible.

International customers

We do not offer a returns service to International customers for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect items will be covered if approved upon their return.
