Returns

Change of mind

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange for items in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are exchanged for store credit or an exchange — we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Customers are responsible for return postage unless other arrangements have been made with the STAPLE Co team. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at vanessa@stapleco.com.au straight away. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to choose between a refund, repair, or replacement for these items — we’ll cover return postage in these cases and resolve it as quickly as possible.

International customers

We do not currently offer a returns service to US customers for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect items are still covered as above.

So soft and comfy

Perfect little bucket hat!

Cute little hat. I bought four as I’m having a design added for my little craft group. The neutral colour is perfect for this but the hat also has a generous brim, so it’s very sun safe. Highly recommended !🙂

I've been living in these!

I absolutely LOVE these! I’ve pretty much been living in them since I got them! They fit so well too, especially if you have a smaller waist and wider hips / a booty. I often struggle with trackpants being too tight around my hips while fitting my waist, but these fit perfectly. They’re also the perfect thickness, not too heavy, not too light, with a lovely soft, lightly fleeced inner that makes them super cosy without feeling bulky.

This became "THE shirt" real fast

I thought this would be a "nice on cool days" shirt and now it's just…THE shirt!!

The double gauze is soft in that broken-in way from the very first wear, no weird stiff phase, and it works whether I'm doing a post office run or leaving the house looking put together. It breathes, which matters a lot when you live somewhere humid (I'm in Hawai'i!). I've worn it in 85 degrees very comfortably.

Washing has been fine. It gets that soft crinkle texture instead of looking wrinkled, so I skip the iron entirely. Fit is relaxed. I sized down slightly and it's exactly right for me, but if you like it roomier stay true to size.
