Returns

Return/Exchange Policy for Australia and New Zealand

All orders returned within 30 days, from the date you received your order, are eligible for an exchange or refund. Returns after this period will only be accepted at our discretion. Please note shipping, tax and duty costs on all orders are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Currently we do not have a free post service. Please arrange return postage and mark package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outside of the package. Please ensure your name is on the package.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your return for your refund/exchange to be processed through our warehouse. Shipping, tax and duty costs are non-refundable.

International returns/exchanges

We do not accept International exchange or return. This is an environmental decision and no exceptions will be made.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
